1. Handcrafted & Wood-Fired Nature

All pottery, teapots, and master cups featured on our store are handcrafted and fired in traditional kilns. Due to the nature of authentic wood-firing, natural variations in color, ash flow, and texture occur naturally. These variations distinguish artisanal craftsmanship from industrial mass production.

2. Order Acceptance & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be promptly issued.

3. Intellectual Property
