Because ceramics and teaware are fragile by nature, we provide a complete 100% Breakage-Free Guarantee:

• If your item arrives damaged or broken during transit, please take clear photos of the damaged item and exterior packaging.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at xinbaosu53@gmail.com.
• We will arrange an immediate free replacement or issue a 100% full refund according to your preference. No complicated return required for broken pieces.

2. 30-Day Return Policy for Unused Items

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused (unbrewed), and in its original presentation box and packaging.
