- Free Worldwide Insured Shipping: On all orders of $88.00 USD and above.
- Standard Insured Shipping: Flat rate of $12.99 USD for orders under $88.00 USD.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time
- Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days.
- Because our teapots and master cups are delicate handcrafted works of art, each order is carefully inspected, cleaned, and custom-packaged in shock-absorbing protective foam and reinforced gift boxing before dispatch.

- Europe (UK, Germany, France, etc.): 7 – 12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8 – 14 business days
